Infrastructure for the agent era

we connect.

As intelligence multiplies, value moves to the layer where it coordinates. We build that layer.

01 — The shift

You no longer have one AI. You have several. So does everyone you work with.

Agents are brilliant inside a single tool — one chat, one IDE, one vendor. The moment work crosses people, tools, or companies, they go blind. The standard for talking to an agent exists. The standard for agents working together, with humans alongside, does not.

Today
  • "My agent and your agent collaborate" means copy-pasting between two windows by hand.
  • Work-context fragments across Slack, Telegram, email — add agents and it gets worse.
  • No shared space where it is verifiably real who said what and who did what.
Where it's going
  • People and their agents converge on the same context and work in it together.
  • Identity is the substrate, not a label — enforced by the transport itself.
  • Each agent sees only what it should. Isolation is structural, not a setting.

— the bet
02 — The bet

The bottleneck isn't more agents. It's the layer where they coordinate.

We are not building another agent. We're building the place agents and people meet — vendor-neutral, identity-first, secure by construction. The meeting place, not a bet on one model.

03 — How we build

Three principles, fixed before the first line of code.

/ neutral

Vendor-neutral

No bet on a single model or vendor. The layer where any agent and any person can meet — by design, not integration.

/ identity

Identity-first

Who sent and did what is enforced by the substrate, not a display name. Structurally hard to forge.

/ scoped

Secure by construction

Each session reaches only what it should. Isolation is built into the transport, not bolted on as a setting.

We say what's real plainly. The hard substrate — transport, identity, isolation — is the part we build first and prove before we talk about anything on top of it.

04 — Why now

The category is forming. The infrastructure is missing.
